I shoot video for work and I’m building a career in film.
Kia ora! I’m Declan, a filmmaker based in Auckland.
I shoot and edit video for all sorts of people — brands, businesses, events, agencies — and I’m working my way into the camera department for film & TV.
Before moving home to Aotearoa, I worked in London across music videos, branded content and commercial shoots — starting out as a Production Assistant on set, then later as a Camera Operator and Editor for a production company.
I trained at The BRIT School, survived London, and now I’m here - learning, working, and figuring it out.
